How it Works

You have a professional job opportunity and need help recruiting the perfect candidate. Your search is over when ours begins!

To get started - contact us, and one of our Client Service Managers (CSM) will set you up as a client of 10% Fee in just two easy steps:

  1. The CSM will work with your vendor management administrator to execute a Master Services Agreement.
  2. The CSM will work with your Human Resources manager to complete Schedule A to the Master Services Agreement, authorizing your hiring manager(s) to use our recruiting services.
Clients submit active Job Orders for open positions using the following options:
  • Via our secure online job order management portal
  • Emailing CSM
  • Calling CSM

When clients submit a Job Order, the CSM will follow up immediately with a telephone call to review the important details related to the open position.

The CSM will manage the search using some of the recruiting industry’s best resources.

  • The nationwide network of experienced recruiters search for job seekers in your local market first
  • We have a large proprietary and confidential database of job seekers
  • We post jobs on our website and on major Internet job boards

Recruiters screen job seekers using our Candidate Qualification Process. When the recruiter finds a match, they submit the candidate to CSM who will also screen the candidate.

When the CSM has qualified candidates ready for you to interview, you will receive email notifications or a meeting notice along with each candidate’s resume and any other candidate qualification data you request. The CSM will follow up with you to discuss each candidate’s specific qualifications.

When you’re ready to make an offer of employment to one of our referred candidates, our CSM can even help you deliver the good news to your new hire.

We will invoice you for our services when the offer of employment letter is presented to the candidate. Our fee is due on the new hire’s first day of employment (start date).

You will receive a Client Satisfaction Survey from us when you use our service. We encourage you to let us know how we’re doing as often as you like!
