Keep in mind that when you work with 10% Fee, our service is provided to you free of charge and we will always keep our partnership with you confidential.

There are two ways to get started:

  1. Browse our Internet job board and when you find a job that you qualify for, click Apply Now to create your candidate profile using the candidate portal.

  2. Don’t have time to browse for jobs now? You can still create your candidate profile and leave your resume with our recruiters.

  • If your skills and experience match one of the current job openings, an Evan Thomas recruiter will contact you immediately.

  • If we don’t find that your skills and experience match a current job opening, you may not be contacted right away; however Evan Thomas retains your personal information and continues to try to find job opportunities for you in the future.

  • Using the candidate portal, you may update your personal information and your resume as often as you like. You may also upload multiple variations of your resume if you have diverse experience and would like to highlight specific experience using different resumes.

  • When one of our recruiters has identified an opportunity for you, you will be contacted in order to provide you with the details of the job opening. You will learn about the job description, job requirements and other important details through the recruiter. If you indicate that you’re interested in applying for the job opportunity, the recruiter will submit your candidate profile to the Client Service Manager (CSM) in charge of the employer-client account.

  • The CSM carefully reviews the candidate profile of every candidate submitted for each job opportunity. If the CSM finds that you’re one of the most qualified candidates submitted for the job opportunity, they will call you to exchange more information.

  • You will be presented to the employer-client, possibly along with other qualified candidates, and the CSM will remain in contact with you and the employer-client through the remainder of the process.

  • When the employer-client invites you to interview, the CSM will consult with you to help you prepare for all of your meetings, as well as coordinate meeting times and locations.

  • After every interview, the CSM will follow-up with you personally to learn about your meeting and exchange information from the employer-client’s perspective.

  • Once the employer-client is ready to make an offer, the CSM will help you negotiate for salary, benefits and starting date.
