Tom Ratchford is the CEO of 10% Fee, the most innovative recruiting agency in the United States. Previously, Tom was the managing partner and founder of Evan Thomas Associates, a full-service staffing and permanent placement firm headquartered in Tampa, FL.
Tom holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Previously Tom worked as an Accountant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Don Schmeling is the CFO of 10% Fee, leading the Company’s planning for development and growth. Don has more than 25 years of experience in finance operations and accounting. Previously he held positions as a Partner in a public accounting firm and CFO of public and private companies.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida State University.
