How long will it take before I can start recruiting as a franchise owner?

You will have the opportunity to work on all types of Job Orders. You choose which job orders you want to work on, allowing you to diversify your recruiting expertise and providing you with the opportunity to adjust quickly to fluctuations from within the job market.

Our franchise owners are provided with access to our proprietary and confidential job-seeker database, as well as access to major (public) Internet job-seeker databases.
10% Fee also posts most of the job openings on the most popular public Internet job sites.
